We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Primary School Head with a strong background in the IB PYP, proven administrative experience, and a passion for inquiry-based learning, academic excellence, and student well-being. This leadership role also includes driving admissions growth and marketing initiatives for the programme.
4. Head of Early Years at one of its locations in Bengaluru:
We are seeking a visionary educational leader to head our Early Years section. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Early Childhood education and progressive international frameworks, proven administrative experience, and a passion for inquiry-based learning and student well-being. Responsibilities include academic leadership, driving admissions growth, and section marketing.
5. Admission and Administration Manager at Indus Early Learning Centre, Koramangala:
Seeking a dynamic professional with a strong track record in driving student admissions, managing third-party vendors, overseeing transport, and handling daily administrative operations. Preference will be given to applicants residing near the IELC.
Requirements:
For Sr. 1-2 :
- Master’s degree any discipline in addition to a qualification in Education. An IB certification would be preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in a similar setting, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role (Head of Primary / Head of Early Years).
- Proven track record or strong aptitude in mentoring and training teachers, managing teams, school marketing, student recruitment, and actively overseeing student admissions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
For Sr. 3 :
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in educational administration in a similar setting, admissions management, and operational oversight (including vendor and transport management).
- Proven success in driving admission growth and client relationship management.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
